Parliamo del sugolo, ovvero il dolce della vendemmia che si faceva a Mantova...

Il sugolo è una sorta di budino che veniva fatto subito dopo la vendemmia lungo il Po, tra Mantova e Ferrara. Un dolce dimenticato a base di mosto che però ancora oggi resiste e torna con l'arrivo dell'autunno ... Arriva settembre e insieme alle vigne cariche d'uva torna un sapore antico: il sugolo, o come lo chiamano a seconda dei luoghi sugol, sugal, sugoli. Si tratta di un dolce del passato, nato in campagna lungo le terre del Po, tra Mantova, il Polesine e il Ferrarese. Ognuno lo rivendica...
