(Ri)scoprire la capitale del Rinascimento attraverso gli affreschi di maestri venerati, da Giotto all'Angelico [...] Chissà se qualcuno ha mai contato quanti metri quadri di affreschi tappezzano Firenze. A occhio e croce qualche chilometro, sommando superficie a superficie di quei prodigiosi cicli pittorici che ne ammantano edifici sacri e profani e fanno della culla del Rinascimento una «città dipinta» di valore e bellezza universali [...] All'interno di chiese, conventi, palazzi nobiliari...
